Meet Pastor Jeffrey

Hello, my name is Jeffrey Stachmus. I have been married to my wife, Kristy, since 1993 and we have two beautiful daughters, Gillian (13) and Joy (7).  I grew up in Houston, Texas, was saved by grace in 1999, and have personally experienced the transforming power of God.  As Pastor, I believe it is my duty to reach the world with The Gospel, to teach sound Biblical doctrine, and to shepherd The Lord’s church. I will exhort believers to be evangelistic, missional, and to minister in their community.  I have a heart for discipleship and hope to mentor believers into spiritual maturity, so that they will then be faithful to lead and disciple others.

Having prayerfully sought The Lord’s will for our family, I followed God’s calling to minister at FBC at Garden Lakes in April of 2011.  My family and I relocated from Fort Worth, Texas where I had served as part of the ministry team at Alliance Baptist Church.  My family and I look forward to meeting you, worshiping with you, and serving the West Valley community.
